Started in 1991, Horizon Organic® was one of the founding companies of the organic movement. Since launching our first yogurt product, we have expanded into eight dairy categories including milk, cheese, butter, cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream. Our mission is to provide the highest-quality organic dairy products to as many consumers as possible.

By doing so, we will... Use environmentally beneficial practices that decrease use of pesticides and chemicals Promote and sustain livelihoods of hundreds of family farmers Treat our animals with compassion Provide healthier product choices for consumers We have been farming organically for 15 years. Our founders worked with other industry leaders to develop the USDA Organic Seal. We only operate farms and work with farmer partners who are certified organic and compliant with the standards.
