If wrapped butter is unopened, it will keep several weeks in the original wrapper. Of course, butter can be frozen, and will keep several months in the freezer provided that it remain in its original wrapper. Butter can be frozen even longer - up to nine months - if it is wrapped in foil or plastic. |
