Horizon OrganicŪ Infant Formula with Iron has been in test in Washington, Oregon and California since 2003, and we are proud to have been the first to bring this organic product to market. We continue to believe in the importance of offering parents a certified organic infant formula produced without the use of antibiotics, added growth hormones or dangerous pesticides. We have learned a great deal through our test process. One of the key things we have learned is the importance of having an infrastructure that works closely with pediatricians and supports other organic infant food products. Because this has not been our focus, we have chosen to transition our infant formula business to a company that does have such an infrastructure and focus - The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. We know that Hain Celestial, as another leading organic and natural foods manufacturer, is well regarded and trusted by you and your customers.

Horizon Organic will supply organic lactose for Hain's infant formula product and will assist in a smooth transition of this business. Hain's certified organic infant formula, to be sold under the Earth's Best brand, will offer the same wholesome nutrition for babies as Horizon Organic Infant Formula with Iron.
