| Levi Stoltzfus has been milking cows for as long as he can remember. Growing up one of fifteen children, he was always responsible for tending the family's two dairy cows. Today he and his wife, Arie, have five kids of their own who help out with the Holsteins and a herd of dappled paint horses. Luckily, when the workload gets heavy, reinforcements are close at hand. "Not long ago, twenty nieces and nephews came to pull weeds in the morning, and I hooked up the horses and the big hay wagon and took them over to the neighbor's pond in the afternoon. That's a good day's work."
