In a medium bowl whisk together pumpkin pie filling and plain yogurt. Divide half of pumpkin mixture between four clear glasses or bowls. Top with remaining pumpkin micture followed by whipped cream and another tablespoon of cookie crumbs. *To whip cream, chill a large bowl in refrigerator or freezer, use mixer or whisk and whip cream until light and fluffy.
