In a medium bowl whisk together honey, powdered sugar and orange juice. Add blueberries, raspberries and sliced strawberries and toss until fruit is well coated. (Note: Reserve a few good-looking strawberry slices, raspberries and blueberries for garnish.) Pour whipping cream into a medium bowl. Using an electric mixer whip cream until stiff peaks appear. Gently fold in lemon yogurt using a spatula. Slice angel food cake into 1-inch cubes. Layer half of the cubes in the bottom of a pretty glass bowl. Spoon half of the berry mixture onto the angel food cake, followed by half of the yogurt-cream mixture. Layer the rest of the angel food cake cubes, followed by the remaining berries. Drizzle any remaining berry liquid onto trifle. Top with remaining yogurt-cream mixture. Garnish with reserved berries. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
