  • 1/2 cup organic blueberries, frozen
  • 1/2 cup organic mango chunks, frozen
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon minced or grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup light coconut milk (available in the Asian food section)
  • 1 (6-ounce) container Horizon Organic® fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. For a thinner smoothie, add more orange juice. Add 3/4 cup of ice or fresh fruit for a thicker smoothie.

Note: Ginger is the key ingredient!
